Best food you cook?
I really like a Cuban dish “Vaca Frite”... flank steak that is boiled till tender, marinated
in lime juice, shredded by hand, fried in a big pan with lots of onions, served with
saffron rice... it is amazing! I also do a really great Buttermilk Chess Pie.
Favorite Book?
I LOVE The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien, also A Prayer for Owen Meany by
John Irving.
