Kelly Carew
Program Director
T
his will be Kelly’s 18th summer on staff. She
has been working for Greystone full time
since 2001. She lives near camp & works here
all year! Her main job is to plan the program
activities and recruit/hire staff. She loves putting
the staff together with Laura, Jimboy, Sarah and
Smith, as well as helping to plan all of the amazing
Greystone fun!
Laura Hollowell
Director
L
aura has been coming to Greystone for 37
years. From her many experiences as camper,
counselor, and director of camp; Laura is able to
keep everything running as it ought. Laura directs
June, Main and August camps. Her husband,
Gervais runs the kitchen. Their daughters,
Kathleen and Leland love everything about camp!
And their precious dog, Tille, loves being in dog
camp and riding on Applecart.
Sarah Brown
Head Counselor
S
arah has been at Greystone for 21 years. Her
experience as a counselor and group leader
make her an invaluable asset to the Head Staff. She
has a particular focus on our 1st year campers. Her
emphasis on details in camp makes everything
better. Her husband, Rob, is working in Greenville
and will visit often. Their son, Wyatt, will love
getting attention from all of the campers.
